  5. It is best to cover the neck, shoulders, hands and feet joints with a scarf in the air-conditioned room, do not let the air-conditioning directly blow. Don't stay in a humid environment for too long, to avoid the wind and dampness directly blowing into the human body, causing obstacles to blood circulation and causing pain.
